1, laryngo micro surgery ( under general anesthesia): 133 cases

mainly for vocal fold nodules and including some cases of polyps or cysts

2, Laryngeal fracture fixation to improve voice : 2 cases

3, Tyroarutenoid muscle myectomy for spasmodic dysphonia: 16 cases

4, Type 2 thyroplasty for spasmodic dysphonia(SD): 2 cases

Type 2 thyroplasty for SD was restricted during 2018, because Japanese national health insurance sytem was organizing a new system for this operation between 2017-2018. For this reason we were able to perform only 2 cases. The chairman Dr. Tokashiki has performed over 100 cases of type 2 thyroplasty.

5, Type 1 thyroplasty for vocal fold atrophy or sulcus vocalis: 14 cases

6, Type 4 thyroplasty to raise voice pitch: 16 cases

7, Arytenoid adduction for vocal fold paralysis: 18 cases

2 neuro-muscle pedicle transplantation cases and 16 type 1 thyroplasty cases with aytenoid adduction

8, Others : 6 cases
