About the director
Ryoji Tokashiki was a professor of the Department of Oto-laryngology of Tokyo Medical University until May 2010. In order to devote his time to conduct further research on voice disorders and to treat patients from all over the country, he established the Shinjuku Voice Clinic which specializes in treating voice problems.
Only a few institutions specialize in treating voice disorders in the world. Many voice doctors can diagnose voice disorders, but only a handful can offer advanced treatment such as surgery or voice rehabilitation by speech language pathologist (SLP) and we are proud to say that we are one of them.
Furthermore, we can treat patients who are unable to visit the clinic, by offering on-line consultations. Some forms of voice rehabilitation or consultation can be done online.
